Providing you meet our eligibility requirements (please see home page), a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your ideal position.
It’s our mission to find you the change you want, when you want it. As well as factoring in key aspects such as the type of children’s home you’d like to work in, your salary expectation, training and progression opportunities, and the distance you’re willing to travel, we aim to place you with a provider that we feel would be a good match for you.
Once we have found you a suitable role, we will be in touch to discuss further, and then all being well, support you all the way up to when you start employment.
Once you’ve started and we have been paid from your new employer, we will transfer you 10% of our fee and pay your referrer £400
