About Us
There are too many stories out there of unsuitable candidates being presented to children’s home providers, whom if moving forwards with, could lead to them getting a notice of proposal (NOP) from Ofsted. We carefully vet our candidates and our background in children’s home management helps to ensure that we only put forward people whom we think have excellent credentials for the role. At the end of the day, we want to place passionate and competent leaders into organisations where we think they will thrive and be happy. Young people need staff who are fully committed to their jobs, and we take pride in making this happen.
We also feel strongly about giving back to those who work in the industry. The margins in recruitment are such that we feel this is not only possible but the right thing to do. Recycling some of the fees we get back to candidates, their referrers, and a charity, gives us a huge amount of pleasure.
