We are happy to help facilitate communication between you and the client and answer any questions you may have (including around interview tips). FAQ’s for Providers
Our fees are competitive and unlike most other recruitment agencies our recruiters come from a children’s home background, so we know exactly what to look for. Furthermore, we only ask for 75% of our fee upfront, with the remaining 25% due 3 months after the person’s start date (or not at all if things haven’t worked out).
We utilise our vast connections in the industry to get the word out and then rely on our reputation. Relationships are everything to us and placing people in jobs we genuinely feel they will thrive in and stay long term, is our top priority.
We believe our fees should be reflective of the market/difficulty of placing for that particular role. So, our costs for placing Responsible Individuals and Deputy Managers are less than what they are for a Registered Manager. Please reach out to Kelly Kearn to get a full breakdown, and if moving ahead, our terms and conditions.
We solely focus on recruitment for high level positions within children’s homes, and so if that’s what you are after, you are getting a specialist service that’s dialled into the space. Furthermore, we believe in giving back to the incredible people that are working in the children’s home sector and by choosing us, you are helping to spread some of that joy.
Absolutely, yourselves, the candidate, and their referrer can all put a charity forward and then we will pick a winner. We will be transparent with who wins and will let you know.
